We purchased a pre-lit Nationwide Christmas-Tree from the regional company, "Tis the Growing Season", in Nov. 2006. The very first year the tree worked excellent, it had been an excellent hunting tree. This past year we place the pine up and blocked it in mere to learn that over 1/2 of the lamps did not work. We named the neighborhood company and organized to consider it set for them to focus on it. The stated to correct it, and we place it up again. Nevertheless did not work. We got it in 2 more occasions and also the pine nevertheless did not work. Lastly we required the neighborhood company arrived at our home to repair the tree. The invested about 2 hours working onto it, and got all of the lights operating.
The following day, over 1/2 of the lamps would not seriously whenever we blocked it in. We named the neighborhood company plus they stated they'd re-chain the pine if we'd take it in Jan. 2008.
We got the tree in, plus they went of company with this pine! After 5 weeks, we eventually got out tree back. They stated they'd re-put the tree. We began setting up the pine and unearthed that out-of more than 20 lighting strings, just one worked. I began looking to get it to function and discovered that after 1-hour I'd changed more than 20 burned-out lamps on a single chain
This tree have been utilized significantly less than 2 weeks, & most of the lamps were previously burned-out.
I named National Pine and explained my expertise for them. They mentioned they'd send free lamps so we're able to enhance for Holiday, they might get the pine after-Christmas and repair it.
1 week later, no lamps. I named them again and was recommended the pine was out-of guarantee, and also the regional supplier had voided the warranty by focusing on it. These werenot delivering any lights out, but could be happy to market me some lamps.
I explained the pine had failed although it was in guarantee, and also the regional supplier had directed me on which to complete.
Main point here, they do not let you know what guarantee protection is... They do not keep their guarantees.
It had been obvious they're a lot more thinking about dodging their guarantee and breaking claims... They prefer to market them, but this pine is just a laugh
The lamps have already been on for under 8 weeks, & most of these happen to be burned-out! National Pine does not let you know what their guarantee is... The only path you'll find out would be to visit their site. From the period you study their guarantee, it is too late.
I am out over $500 and my fresh Christmas - tree just survived one-season.
