I ordered two filter cartridges for my pool on their website. I got a confirmation email that said that my order was shipped, but didn't give a tracking number, which I thought was unusual. When it was 9 days later, I decided to follow up to see where my order was. I called the toll free number they list, but got a message that said that the call could not be completed as dialed. I then called the fax number they show on their web site, but got a message that there is no such number. Then I went online and did a reverse lookup on one of their two addresses, the one in Orlando, FL. I called and talked to a man who said he had nothing to do with the company, but said that another person had previously called his number looking for Poolian. Then I did a reverse lookup on the Sarasota address, but found that it belongs to a 97 year old man. I am not expecting to ever receive my order.
