I purchased a Bunk Bed on Sunday 2/4/07 because I was told it would be ready for pick-up the next day. I was called and told it was ready to be picked up on Monday. Since my vehicle was not big enough I called my father and we went down right after work to pick it up.
The first problem was waiting almost 2 hours 5:30-7:30 along with a few other people who were there longer than I was, before it was brought out. The second problem was when I got home I found out I was missing the 4 bed rails to put it all together. After calling Haynes back and talking to 3 people I was told the salesman forgot to order the the second box. I told them I needed the rails at least by tomorrow.
Well for some reason the warehouse is closed on Tuesdays and I would not be able to get it until Wednesday maybe Thursday. I said I cant wait because my daughter needs a bed to sleep in.
I then told them I would like to bring it back tomorrow which is Tuesday and get a refund.
Problem #3, they cant accept returns on Tuesday because the warehouse is closed. I paid $800.00 which they accepted without a problem. My daughter does not have a bed. This is not the second time I purchased from Haynes. The first time I had a similar problem of not receiving what I had purchased on time. But I gave them a second chance. Silly me!
