This site (www.nonpub.com) ripped me of 275.00$ to reverse an international cell number I made my order online to reverse an international cell as they noticed on their website it takes 4-5 bussines days i still count days & no answer finally i decided to send an e-mail then i found out there's no e-mails second my last chance is calling their toll free the voice message answered me the number you have called is blocked.
This company cannot be called or e-mailed but i'm wonder Why they wrote down on the web site this sentence "Texas PI License A11841" How may i get the right information about the license number?
