I received an invoice from National Distribution Co (which is NOT our approved supplier for printer supplies) totaling $843 for the supposed purchase of laser cartridges.
The invoice did not have an e-mail address, a website or a fax number.
I called the phone number 909-231-0709 which appears on the invoice but immediately heard a pre-recorded message informing me that I had reached a voicemail box and that the mailbox is full. Now what legitimate business would allow their voicemail box to get full so that they cannot be reached by their current and potential customers?
A reverse lookup was performed on the phone number using the White Pages. The number on the invoice is actually a cell phone number and is unpublished. A reverse lookup on the address was also performed. There was no listing for "National Distribution Co".
