This company sells a reverse phone lookup service on the web, they advertise that for a $39.99 onetime fee they will give you the reverse phone lookup service for a year as many as lookups as you want for that year. I recently had a phone number that kept calling and not leaving any messages.
I decided to use the services of Reverse Lookup Detectives after reading their announcement on the Web and how they could give me the info of the person for that phone number that kept calling. After paying the membership and inputting the number that kept calling to my amazement the message came out they did have the info but could not provided because it was on some elses database and I would have to pay another $20.00 I could download a Tracer Report that would give me the info.
After trying to Contact the customer service for a week, because their site has no phone numbers and they only communicate by e-mail, they said there was nothing they could do about it if it was not on their database, I asked why they dont make this clear on their Web advertisement that they have a very limited service and cant do all that they claim and that I wanted my money back, they said good luck.
