I purchased a loft bed for my daughter. After putting it together (which took 3 full days itself), the first time we went to roll it into place the caster broke. 1 month later when the guest bed was used for the first time, the supports broke at the corner. I called the company to request replacement parts due to defects (I did not request a return or exchange, just replacements for the defective parts) I spoke with customer service who was forwarding the request to another department and said they would be in contact. The contact came in the form of a do not reply email that said it was past 30 days so my request was denied. I suspect they know they are selling junk and with a do not reply email, clearly they don't care. Additionally, do not buy the loft mattresses, they are junk too and like sleeping on a board of straight springs.
