I paid for my hot tub from ChooseHotTubsDirect.com in June. I was told to expect it in early September September (they had to have it built in China, and shipped over). Early September came and went. I called. After numerous non-returned calls and email, they finally told me it would arrive by the end of September. It didn't. Then it was early October. Nope again. Finally, it arrived at the end of October... And it was not what I ordered.
When you call they either do not return your call, or, if you happen to catch someone in, they will totally lie to you about your order. The only way you will get any info from them is to keep calling and hope you catch someone. They will not return your email or phone calls. Be warned, once on the phone, they will lie to you and tell you it's on its way, we'll refund part of your money, we'll give you free chemicals, or whatever. They will say ANYTHING to get your money and keep it. And if you get a tub, it is not what you ordered!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will end up being ripped off, lied to, and stressed out.
