Steven Barbarich Ripped me off $4,094.99 for a Hot tub that i never received in 2009! After multiple phone calls to the company without responses and when I did get someone they would just tell me lies about the tu

Seem like a lot of people are having this issue and I hope we can all get together and take this company down some how! What kills me is that choosehottubsdirect.com is still open for business when they owe so much money to people they ripped off! Here is my story! I purchased a Hot Tub online with choosehottubsdirect.com on December for my wife for Christmas, my wife suffers from Fibromyalsia this is a disease of the muscles that leaves here in constant pain and her doctor recomended we purchase a hot tub to help her a bit. So I was browsing on the choosehottubsdirect.com website and a chat window popped up and asked if i have any questions about a hot tub? I said yes but i would like to talk on the phone im not the best typer. So i called them and talked to a salesman named Todd, he walked me through my order and I placed my order with him i used my credit card for my first payment which had to be half the cost of the tub becauseit is a custom tub to get my order processed, so I put $2,000 dollars on my card they told me it would ship in 8 to 12 weeks to my house! Ithought that was a little long for delivery but it was coming from California so I understood. That this will also give me time to build a deck for the tub in my yard and get ready for it. After 12 days I received a call from Lisa from choosehottubsdirect.com she told me I have to pay for the ballance of the order it is part of the contract to have your order payed in full in 30 days or they have the right to cancel the order! Rediculous! So I sent my full payment in. Figure i can always put a hold on my check or call credit card company to stop payment later! But after my 12 weeks were here and gone I called and they were just coming up with one lie and story after another about my tub was 2009 model made with parts from China they were having problems with them so they were going to update my tub to a 2010 model free chemicles and free stairs and cover for my inconvenience. So i thought that was nice they said it would be another 5 weeks for delivery! But then again that time went by so I called again and they told me that my Tub hasn't been even assembled yet and they are behind on all their orders and at this time they would offer my money back! After screaming at the salesperson on the phone about all the lies and stories they have been telling me they said they would have the CEO Steven Barbarich call me at home to discuss about receiving my money back with interest! Needless to say i havent heard from him at all! So I called my credit card company to try to stop my first payment and my bank to try to stop my second payment and they told me it was too late to try to stop it! I have received an email from Steven Barbarich about about making monthly payments to refund me the money he owes me! I have received 2 checks in over a year now! One for $170.00 and another for $100.00. I called to see why there is such a delay in my monthly payment they told me it was their slow period! Really your kidding me! If anyone else is having these same issues it would be great to get together and do something to get OUR MONEY!!!
