I ordered from seedsexpress.com on April 7th, hoping for a May 1st birthday present. Website promises receipt within 15 days. No receipt by May 9th (hoping now for Mother's Day) prompted me to email - no repsonse. Emailed again May 20th and June 1st. Still have yet to hear from them. Credit card was charged April 9th! Small dollar value - but HATE giving money away.
Can't find a listing for these rip-off artists! No phone, no physical address... How could I be so stupid? Email says "questions about credit card charges, call TIC International..." but the line's always busy (for almost two months).
