Went online to purchase birkenstock sandals went on above website. Emal receipt was sent with order 10000061 with all information such as address ect. And a note saying would send another email when shipped. My credit card called to check fraud and I then realized that amt. Taken out of my credit card was different than receipt (receipt was for 79.79). Tried to contact their customer service but only had email not phone number and did not respond to email. Called Birkenstock USA they stated never heard of website and is fraudulant. Worse of all website is now gone. Hope you can help I can forward email from them to you or my receipt if helpful just let me know.
