Complaint / review text:
After spending three hours in the store working with Mike I found the perfect carpet and tile for my new home. (or what I thought was going to be perfect) I was told that it would take a week to ten days for the material to come in. Well three weeks later the stuff was still not there. I was told that he would check on it and then call me back. I did not here from him for days. I finally went up there and was told that it would come in the next day. I said that was fine but I was REALLY upset with this whole thing. Well I get a call the next day from Mike who tells me that the stuff is there and that they would deliver it the next day. Well I get a call the next day saying that the truck was delayed and it would not be till Monday before they could deliver the porduct that is now three weeks late. But hey what choice do I have.
Well the material gets to the house and it is the wrong color, not just the carpet but the tile as well. I call Mike and tell him that its the wrong stuff (and we are not just talking about a slight shade difference we are talking about brown to dark blue on the carpet!) He tells me that there is nothing that he can do because that is what I ordered. I show him the receipt and it says dark brown. After going round and round over the phone he hangs up on me so I head down there. Mike is nowhere in the store (or that is what I am told) so I start going into it with the sells guy there. He then tells me that Mike has told him that he is to tell me that we will not refund the money nor will they order new material!
So now I am not only having to get new carpet and tile somwhere else but I am out the cash for the first set.
I tell you I don't know how these slime balls stay in business but if they treat all their customers like this they wont be for very long.
