Carpet scam!!! A man by the name of Chris Dye or Mike Day of Cottage Grove or at least that is what he says!!! (wouldn't be surprised if this guy has MANY names). He had posted a carpet stretching and new carpet installing Ad on Craiglists in the Minneapolis St Paul area in Minnesota. He comes to your house and mearsures your rooms, tells you he can get ANY kind of carpeting and it will take about 10 days for it to come in, but he needs the order money up front, take your money and you never hear from him again and when you try to reach his phone numbers 612-598-8144 or 612-225-9444 or 612-225-9545 all you get is a voicemail. He tells you to write the check out to Sonny Days LLC which is a TCF account with sole owner Starla Anderson of Cottage Grove, Minnesota. The account is overdrawn!!! I have talked to another VICTIM OF HIS in the area and they are dealing with the same thing!
