Ripping off customers during a recession

FPL is receiving me another $116.00 in another deposit along with my $70.00 deposit they still have. Simply moved here from Chicago Illinois in July of single-parent dwelling on the fixed-income as a result of this ruff economy and FPL had the nerve to come quickly to my condo and switch off my energy since I had been 10days overdue about the statement. I named them after I received a statement from 108.00 that I presently owe to $363.00. I named FPL and thier reaction to me was that their plan if you should be late they come an turn off energy.

Just how can this be authorized imagine if somebody is on air, or perhaps a child that's delivered home on the nebulizer endure? And sometimes even seniors without energy they'd possibly die?
