Did not ship ordered items and do not respond to e-mails

I ordered a TVwall mount through esellingconsultants.com and never received it. The company does not respond to e-mails.

I paid by PayPal and they attempted to recover my money but failed and advised me the Seller has no funds in their account.

I have since found several similar complaints about eselling consultants and don't understand why PayPal allows this Seller to continue to rip off PayPal users.
