On 10/14/05 I visited the website and purchase a year membership through paypal. I received an e-mail stating access will be set up and logon info will be sent that day. However after several e-mails were sent with no responsed I file a claim with paypal. The seller then contact me and suggest I cancel the claim if not he will not credit my account and no access will be granted to the website. I called paypal and explain the situation but paypal does not cover intangable services so I cancelled the the claim. I then send more e-mails to the seller but he did not respond.
