Sold faulty $11k hot tub and never fixed it when we reported needing repair through warranty

Bought Hot tub at Cal spa location in Lynnwood for 11k
38 jet seat went out (has own computer)

Lounge seat jets went out
volcano barely works
stereo access panel near lounger broke
heating unit (apparently a lifetime guarantee... Ha!) broke

They sent someone out and that someone never came back, also lack of response to our mumerous calls and messages.
