Sells defective material as good. When you return it for being defective they try to exchange it with more defective material. If you won't exchange they hit you with a restocking fee and try to keep the state sales tax.
They have access to good material but the business primarily sells seconds and rejects as new and good then does not stand behind their product. You get nothing but excuses about it being the distributor's problem and there is nothing they can do.
They are the distributor and importer of the material. This is where you get one lie after another.
The company does not have a tax payer ID but collects sales tax and then does not pay it and will try not to refund it on a return.
Avoid buying from this company as they are unethical and lack any business integrity.
