A year ago my husband and I purchase furniture from the Rooms to Go in Pineville, NC and also in Charlotte, NC. We had problems with the deliveries at first (Several attempt to get things right). The Sleeper sofa is falling apart the coffetable' legs have broken and they say this from normal wear and tear.
We have taken very good care of furniture and it is falling apart not even a year after purchase. Rooms To Go is currently refusing to acknowledge any responsibilty on the coffetable that has been disconinued and no longer offers parts to fix the coffeetable and they refuse to return this, give a refund or appease us in anyway.
We can not even use the coffeetable at all. The lamps have also fallen apart. The endtables have scrated if you sneeze on them and they are also not made well along with the matching coffeetable. We furnished our son's room with buckbeds and matching bookshelves and dressers.
They also dent if you sneeze on them. Rooms To Go makes very poor quality furniture that will not last. We have purchased almost $4,000.00 worth of crap and we work very hard for our money. The customer service is also horrobile with this company. They are a nightmare and no one should have to ever go through this.
