We went to Levins to buy sofa for 2 rooms (total of 4) When we looked at the Berhardt sofa we were told that this was the top of the line. We were skeptical about if it would fit. We were told by Chris the manager that was on duty that if there was a problem the restocking fee would be waived as long as we bought other furniture from that store. We went with it and when the furniture finally arrived it wouldn't fit in the door way of our family room. We spoke to Chris or Christen and she denied ever saying that about the special order item. We decided to put the sectional in the living room to avoid the restocking fee. When we tried moving it around one of the legs broke off. When we inspected the sofa we found that it had already been fixed before and there was glue all over the broken area. When we called and let them know about this and that it was just a little too big for the room they said we had to pay $500.00 restocking fee. We reluctantly agreed and ordered 2 love seats. Then we had to wait 6 weeks for them. When they arrived we were told by the delivery drivers that one had a large grease stain on it and the other had a broken leg! They never even took the furniture off the truck. We decided to call it quits. We argued with Ken Coury the store manager and with Levins corporate office. We had no choice other than to take the $500.00 restocking fee plus sales tax. There's a lot more that happened during all of this. It's just cheap furniture and total unprofessional service that made us realize that this is how they do business and I don't give up on things like this easily but they just don't care! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money. Low quality that won't last even if you buy their so called "Top of the Line" furniture.
