I purchased a 3 piece sofa group from Harlem in July.By May the seat cushions are flattened and deformed. The back cushions have split at the seams and they have flattened. It seems like all the filling has shrunken.
Some one came to inspect the sofa. Customer service tells me this is not covered, it is considered to be normal wear and tear.
I have had previous couches for 15 years and they never looked as bad as this one does in 10 months.
I guess they consider this the normal wear for any furniture you would buy from their store!
Don't be a fool like I was. The furniture looks nice at the store and seems to be priced well, but in actuality the quality is so poor it's not even worth the sale price.
I had also purchased a bedroom set from them at about the same time and I already have trouble opening drawers. Again it looks nice but very poor quality.
