The Monro in Indianapolis on Keystone has the worst service in history. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm on Monday and I ask a guy are you sure this is a good time I dont want to wait he said its fine. Thus, when i go there only one guy is working and the other guy is sitting on his ass watch tv. The guy who said who will be fixing my car wasnt even there he left early for the day. I came in at 2:40 after work and about time I got threw playing my psp it was 4:16 he hasnt even touched my car for an SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. He siad he was going to get to it after this lady. So cursed them out and told them to give me my keys and I just walked out. They better be glad I beat a level on my game so it wouldnt feel as bad of wasting and HOUR AND 30 MINUTES OF MY LIFE.
