I purchased a wine cellar chiller unit from Vintage Cellars in Nov. 2008. I installed the unit and discovered it did not cool. To the contrary it heated the cellar over night to over 90 degrees and ruined $5722.00 worth of wine. Being the contractor on the wine cellar build I had to not only pay for the ruined wine but also purchase a new chiller unit from another company as well. Vintage Cellars and their manufacture have given me nothing but the run around and now refuse to refund my purchase price for the chiller unit. The unit never worked!!! The chiller was a Kool R Plus. I believe it is produced in Canada. Beware!!
