Customer support hurts!

Purchased Design WCP8 - 8 container counter wine chiller in September.11 weeks later, in July arrived home to obtain the wine chiller at 84 levels! Needed to get rid of 6 wine bottles, 2 which we would cut back from France in June that year. Named Avanti in July no reaction from anybody in the organization for nearly 2 weeks! Quit many communications, delivered many emails. Ultimately got a call-back in March. Their justification: these were backlogged. Was advised they will enter contact with me about giving out a

Alternative. No calls came for just two months. Named again, discovered the individual who was responsible for the alternative did not work-there anymore. Needed to undergo all of the answers and evidence of purchase paperwork with new repetition again. An upgraded wine chiller of the exact same design was delivered to me in Nov (greater than a week overdue in the guaranteed day). Today, just 2 weeks later, the brand new device has got the same temperature control issue. Today it wont move under 72 levels! Needed to get rid of 4 wine bottles this time around. Named Avanti today, 1-31-07. While customer support representative ripped up my consideration, immediately she stated my guarantee had terminated and there is nothing they might do... I'dnot actually had an opportunity to clarify that which was wrong with my device however... Displays how developed they're within their reactions. Anyhow, I informed the repetition that I had been calling to not obtain a substitute device - at this time, I'dnot consider something by having an Avanti brand onto it even when these were going for away free of charge - but that I had been calling to ensure Avanti understood that their merchandise sucks which their customer support hurts. The repetitions reaction: move me towards the bossis voicemail. Perhaps they will contact me back, but understanding their history... I am not keeping my breathing.
