I ordered on-line, 6 bottles of Blakstone Merlot on 12/8/08 from Cellar Brokers, which they charged immediately to my CC. The purchase was for Christmas gifts. By 12/18 I still had not received my order so I called them to find out what the delay was, a women advised me that particular wine would not be available until after 12/30 and suggested I have the "WINE EXPERTS" substitue a different wine, she even said the wine would be sent over night and i would get it before Christmas. The wine was delivered 12/27, which I refused and sent back. Since then I have been trying to reach the company to get a refund and find not only is the 800 number disconnected but their web site no longer exsists! I finally contacted my CC company to file a complaint and see if I can get my money back.
