I am leasing a house from joanne pearce -we have 3 more payments before my one yr lease is up. I have not been able to get her on the phone at all i love how she puts me to voice mail - we have not said or done anything to her fallowed all derections to get our much needed house. We have 4 kids at the end of this lease we will have put 17000 into a house.
We found the true or old how ever you see it owners by looking in the public records started asking questions and aparently they have been messing them over horably like have not payed them. We had an aragement that i would recieve my 3000 deposit back if we desided we would not buy the house this was in the contract.
But sence i can not get a hold of her i have no idea what to do. She said we would get sued if we back out of the lease
What should i do this is horable and yes i am reporting her to the bbb or what ever her companys name is. I dont know how she sleeps at night knowing that my family has invested 17000 of money to get a house and now me my husband and my 4 kids are going to have to leave what we now call home with nuthing to show for it not even our deposit back besides repairs we have done to the house like replaceing beams repairing floors and walls
we are stuck afraid of a lawsuit and don't know what to do
