Same as others! Order well before Christmas 08, was told there would be a 2 week delay. So I agreed. Then, Jan 6, was told it would be another month, so I cancelled order. One woman said refund would be within 72 hours. Nothing happened. After a week, I sent email and got a TOTALLY different answer.By now, it's too late for PayPal to intervene. One email said it took them at least 2 billing cycles before I could get a refund. One email said they were waiting for confirmation. BOTTOM LINE: No refund. No product which I ordered. Almost 500 complaints on the Better Business Bureau site. I filed a complaint there and will continue to file where ever I can. Maybe I'll get my money back. Sounds like I won't, but I hope to help spread the word on this fraudulent company. They need to be put in jail.
