They said they called me and asked me if I wanted my business listed online.
I get these calls all the time. I always have to cut them off and say no.
For the last 3 months I have been getting huge phone bills. Found on my online banking that they are on my bill charging me $53 per month on top of my bill. I had thought that one month I just missed a payment and was paying double for my phone bill. Then I just got another one for 83.00!
They said that they would not credit me back since I did not call to stop the service that I never approved.
What can I do to get the money back. That is $150 dollars!
