This company should be shut down - now! Yahoo should never allow such a company to use their site to sell products and rip people off the way they do. This company accepts your order, takes your money and then basically vanishes. They do not answer phone calls or return e-mails about the order you placed. I will get my money back - no matter how long it takes, and I will make certain this company is put out of business so others are not taken advantage of in the future. This company should be ashamed of themselves - and the older gentleman whose voice is on their telephone recorder - shame on you - at your age you should know better!
