Really? Are you going to improve your service? Keep a clean community? Charge Fair rental rates (hotpads.com). Change your billing methods? Pet rent? Tell your clients about the train, before thaey sign a contract? The Rummbling and shaking that happens every time a train passes? Be Truthful and offer FULL Disclosure?
