We returned merchandise in original packaging after receiving approval from the company. We shipped the package 11/24. They received it 12/2. Now they are saying we will not see a credit on our credit card until February. I made a big mistake buying directly from the company. The same merchandise is available on Amazon and they give credit immediately. This 60 day delay return policy is not posted on their webiste. Customer service was very patronizing and not willing to give any assistance.
