I had Express Home Services out for an estimate. The saleperson stayed for hours, and finally got me to sign a contract for almost $7,000. The next day, I decided not to go through with the contract. I sent a certified letter, return receipt requested, which was received by Express Home Services. I even called and verified that my order had been cancelled.
They proceeded to charge my GE Money card the entire amount. I have called them at least seven times trying to get this resolved. No one will ever return my call, and they simply say that GE is behind in crediting the account. This has been going on since late September.
I have also called GE who is not very helpful in getting this resolved.
