What a startling surprise to read these homeowner complaints!
Does the Automatic Door Company think that unsatisfied customers are expendable?
When a company offers a service within a community a good reputation is imperative.
Otherwise people like myself will be hesitant to contact your business.
Referrals are the mainstay of any good contractor.
Without them you will soon be out of business.
No amount of advertising can undo the damage caused by even one irate customer. And you seem to have several!
What really startled me, as a potential customer, was the Automatic Garage Door replies which seem extremely slanderous and did not solve nor address the former customers complaints! Which appear to be valid concerns.
As a genuine business owner one would hope for a more professional approach and resolution.
The complaints listed were serious & valid and should have been answered on their merits alone.
Instead the replies were to attack the consumer. Not a wise move!
