They couldnt repair my garage door and they said they still coming and they still charge

They said they could fix my garage door then they said " maybe your home eletric not enough " and if they coming again they still charge me $96.34 again. All i want is my garage door fixed with NO rip offs and if they don't get my garage door fixed i want my money back.
