Sleepy's unfair business practices

I purchased a set of mattress from this merchant 0n 7/16/05 the product has deteriorated significantly it sagged down a whole inch, and is causing me a ridiculous amount of back pain, the discomfort is outrageous.

I proceeded to contact sleepy's warranty services they send an inspector to my house, two weeks later I got a letter stating that my mattress support was not up to standards according to the company's warranty policy, and that my warranty was automatically voided. Afterwards, I got in contact with the customers relations Dept. And got nowhere because all I was offered was an extra set of mattress for $379 in total. Which I shouldn't be paying because I have a 10 year warranty that still in effect, I tell you what I think sleepy's should be doing.

There should be a law that enforces sleepy's sales people to educate the consumers, and to explain that if the mattress is not properly supported the warranty is automatically voided. All Sleepy's stores should have a sample bed frame showing the proper setting in order for customers to be cover under warranty. Bottom line they should educate their customers better. However, probably this is what's best for their business, because they have an excuse not to pay for warranties, and expend millions of dollars replacing unsatisfied customers with new mattresses.
