I purchased a Stern and Foster mattress from sleepy's 5 years ago after 2 years the mattress had to be replaced due to impression in the mattress again (dumb move) purchased another Sterns and Foster mattress I paid $1799. For this one. I called sleepy's again and they check the mattress and told me the warranty is invalid due to a stain about the size of a dime even though I purchase their mattress cover that was suppose to stop that from happening. After that they told me I did not qualify due to the fact that indention is only 1.8 deep which is acceptable body depression! It has to be 1.5 deep this acceptable to who? I spent $1799. On this mattress, it is not acceptable to me. Sleepy's had to pay $2000.00 on a class action suit in NY for this type of thing. I want my mattress replaced!
