I purchased a Kingsdown mattress at Sleepy's and within weeks it was sagging. Called to use the "return deal" discussed with the salesman and they did replace the mattress, with the same one which was done without my choice. I did not have to pay the "return fee of $249.00 as the salesman told me they discontinued the mattress. Needless to say, the next mattress also was a problem. Kingsdown then sent me their box and string to make sure the indent was at the "return level" and since it was, they sent me back into the store to pick a new one. I did so thinking I was getting a better, more comfortable mattress and to my shock and back breaking discomfort, within a few months, this mattress is as bad as the first one. Sagging and extremely uncomfortable. I put a new bed quilt on it to see a sag in the bed like someone is sleeping it it. I sleep alone and try both sides of the mattress but to no relief. For a mattress to come with a 10 or 15 year warranty, what does it matter when it is not comfortable in the first few months? I will be contacting Kingsdown directly rather than Sleepy's because they don't care. Stay away from Sleepy's and do not purchase a Kingsdown, even if it comes with a lifetime warranty because they are not comfortable mattresses.
