In Feb. I ordered some "teal" wallpaper... What we recieved was dark blue. So I called on a Saturday and was told they don't allow return transactions to go through "it is Saturday you know!", so I called back on Monday and got an RMA and returned the item to them..
I had read the return policy that stated it might take 1 - 2 months to get the money refunded but figured it shouldn't take too long.
In April I called to see when I would be receiving my refund, since it still wasn't credited to paypal. I was told it would be exactly 2 months after it was received and brought to accounting's attention. "Didn't I see their refund policy?" When I answered it said 1-2 months I was told I was being argumentative and rude and she hung up. So I called again talked to someone else was told it would be another month. So I had to wait another month, which I did...
In May I called and was told accounting was taking care of it!
In June I called again and this time I asked directly for the manager, and was given Beckie, who said how sorry they were, but accounting was on vacation and had just come back, it would be credited to my account by June 18. Well, on June 20 I called back and told her I had not received it yet and wanted to know why, she said she would have to talk to accounting and would call me back. Around 5:30 I called back to find out what was going on, and was told that she had left for the day and no one could find out what was going on but she would call me on Monday!
At this point I doubt I will be called but maybe I will in the meantime, I want to warn everyone to stay away from them... You might never see your money again!!! And by having you wait over 2 months you are past the time when you can file with paypal! I'm sure that is done on purpose! You would think that $126.00 wouldn't break this company but it sure seems like they don't know what they are doing!!!
Buyer Beware!!! It is worth paying extra to go through someone else!!!
