Cashed check, never delivered order, doesn't return phone messages

I ordered 7 sets of his Austin Sandy Replacement Cushions and sent a check for $910 on 2-22. A delivery window of 6-8 weeks was promised. The check was cashed and cleared and over 12 weeks later, no cushions.

I have called dozens of times and always get the voicemail message. I leave messages and have not gotten called back.

I have filed complaints with the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs and the Maryland State Police. I hope that I can get my money back. I will not give up.
