I planned an in house estimation with Empire Rugs. These were designed to appear between 7-9pm. At about 8:15pm I chose to contact them to determine when they understood once they might appear. They explained that my solution was never acquired with no one was returning. I questioned how this may occur and he or she mentioned it occurs and questioned basically want to reschedule. I explained NO! These aren't the type of experts I'd like adding my floor.
