Empire Carpet is wholly unreliable. I planned an in house visit for dimensions and also the salesman never turned up. After talking to him he explained he apologized and saidd he'd come when it had been handy for me personally, and so I planned another apointment. Again, he didn't appear. I'd to contact him and again he stated he'd come when I needed - obviously used to do not plan another apointment. I'd not trust the organization.
