Empire did a good job installing my carpet, but the installers folded up two of my area rugs, and now they have creases in them and the rugs will not lay flat and buckle because of the creases. You would think that carpet installer would know to roll the rugs instead of folding them, know they won't lay flat. Spoke with the salesman, Tom, who was supposed to talk with the carpet installer manager, but have not heard from anyone. Will not make any personal references here.
