Old Republic Home Protection (ORPH) contractor shown up for service call on toilet leaking and a broken handle.
1. He found and pick up a rusty bolt from the toilet base, and concluded the leakage was caused by improper installation: "someone tied up bolt" and "improper installation." &excluded from ORHP coverage.
2. One broken toilet handle, need to be pushing very hard. However, ORPH technician claimed the handle was in perfect condition.&No need for repair.
3. Old Republic refused to all follow up request to review the contractor's report. Customer service stated ORPH only take reports from their own contractor.&however, customer need to pay $50 service fee even "their contractor do nothing"
In my case, ORPH did not fix any warranty problem; and I could not expect any ORPH warranty repair in future. Per suggestion from ORPH customer service, I am preparing to file claims to against ORPH.
