Prestige timeshare marketing ripped me off too for $699 and now are asking for $1300 more. I was told the same lies by David Harris about the doctor and his wife who wanted my timeshare for $20,000 but he was arrested and deported on the same day he was supposed to show up to sign the agreement.
I have since been leaving messages with Samantha Pierson who now informs me when I finally get in touch with her that she "has received an offer on my property for $19,000 but cannot process anything until I send her another $1300. I was NEVER told this at the time I signed up or I would not have agreed to it. I also was given an additional 90 day money back guarantee when I signed up, and it's on my contract that I signed. But Samantha says that is not true and there no refunds ever.
I then asked her to send me some sort of contract that she has for the supposed offer she has before I send her any money. She said she would do that, but instead what I received was a typed page she made up on letterhead saying she received an offer and needs the $1300 balance to proceed. She would not give me any info on the deal at all.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am going to make a call to my lawyer and the FBI # listed above right now. $699 is a lot of money to lose, and I am not giving up until I get it back.
