On 6-14 I was contacted by mister Justice Bernard representing Prestige Timeshare Marketing and he told me he could get $36,000 for my timeshare that I wanted to sell. So I listed with them and after paying $1598.00 marketing fee I was put on their List.
I called them on 8-6 and talked to a person named Charley and he told me I would have to talk to David Harris since he was handling the supposed sale of my timeshare. On 8-15 I talked to David Harris and guess what, my timeshare has been sold to a Doctor and his wife from south Africa and is in processing but I will have to wait 45-60 days until I can receive My check.
On 10-18 I called him again to see how it was progressing, he told me that I was now 105 on his list of 125 people to process and that they could only close 2-3 deals a day, but he gave me a closing date of 11-23 and I was to Call his office at 8:00 A.M. And he would tell me where I was supposed to go to pick up my check and sign the papers on the following monday 11-26.
On 11-23 I called David Harris to get the Information and guess What folks David wasn't in but samantha had some bad news, THE DOCTOR AND HIS WIFE WERE GETTING A DIVORCE! AND THAT THEY BROUGHT THEIR ATTORNEY IN AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING THROUGH WITH THE SALE. And my property would be relisted but it should be sold in a couple of weeks because they had a new closing system and I wouldn't have to wait that long again. There was no mention of details or earnest money collected as most property sales require.
After all this B.S. I realized I have been scammed. They haven't heard the last of me though I have e-mailed a complaint to the BBB, contacted an attorney and sent a report to the attorney general of Florida, in hope of at least getting my money back and damages!
