We ordered an armoire back in March. After waiting two months, we contacted Rustic Direct and they said it "was on the next truck out." The truck never came, neither did the armoire.
After many attempts to contact them, we were assured the armoire had been damaged and they were going to refund our money. This was in August 07. So far, not refund and no armoire.
They are impossible to get a hold of. Their email is always returned, and they never respond to messages on their "online chat". This company is ripping people off all over the country and getting away with it. We feel like chumps for ordering online and don't know what the next step is. We are out nearly $1000.00 and still no armoire.
Our ticket number is LTK81011367509X. But that and a few bucks will buy you a coffee at Starbucks. It's been a year. What do we do next?
