I am another of the unfortunate ones that didn't take action sooner with these. Ummm... Merchants.
I ordered an armoire for delivery in Feb and like the others wound up being double billed and no merchandise or refund. I have not had a response since early 2005 except from one of their 'live' operators on their website. I got the same line that a letter just went out and to contact GianCarlo@[email protected]. Of course there has been no response.
I will be joining the others in contacting the Attorney Generals offices.
