Back in September I ordered 8 Swing Magics thinking I was allowing plenty of time for their arriving well before Christmas. Received a confirmation number.
After several weeks, received a post card saying demand was more than the supply, and did I still want the order. I replied that I did. Weeks later came another such post card and reluctantly I replied that I still wanted them.
Well, obviously the holidays have come and gone and I had nothing to give 8 people. There is absolutely no way to contact Merchandise Direct. I've tried everything I know.
I haven't really been ripped off because I wasn't charged but it's just the poor way they do business that gripes me.
