I ordered a ring holder for my newly engaged sister-in-law on 11/30/08 thinking that would be plenty of time. It is now 12/21, we still haven't received it and there is no way we will be able to get it to her in time for Christmas. I should have checked with them sooner, but with the holidays just forgot. I realize now I never even received a confirmation email. However, my credit card was charged immediately. How convenient. I suppose I should have checked them out prior to purchasing. I am fuming mad.
