Keep away from Paul Meacham. He is a crook. He owned a mortgage company in Overgaard and would take people's money to "invest" and then would not pay them back. Once one company would go under, he would create a new company and continue to lie, steal and cheat. His mortagage companies initially were Nustar Financial Services, and Pacific Capital Mortgage. Once those were shut down, he created Neustar Financial Services, Stohr Capital Group and PTM Investments to enable himself to screw people.
Paul has been in trouble with the law for writing back checks and poaching animals.in addition, he has been sued numerous times for civil reasons; mostly for stealing people's money. While screwing people constantly and thinking nothing about it, Paul and Teri Meacham live in a 8000 square foot house with a swimming pool. I hope they enjoy living on other people's money!
Paul's latest stint is to become a general contractor. Originally the company was under his name. Shortly thereafter the qualifying party needed to obtain the license left (he must have been smarter than the rest of us). Now Paul is using a front company (Buckskin Builders) with someone named Jim Nelson listed as the President. If you check the AZ Registrars webpage, you will see that the license for Buckskin Builders was temporarily revoked for lack of a bond. Seems like he wanted to screw someone else!
Most importantly, if you check Buckskin Builders website, you will see many pictures of homes that they supposedly built. THis is a lie.in fact, some of the pictures used can directly out of magazines. The website claims Buckskin Builders is "dedicated to quality, honesty, and integrity." SURE!!!
Watch out for this piece of trash!!! Do not use Buckskin Builders!!! If you see Paul Meacham, run as fast as you can.
The IRS should check him out too. What a phony. What a fraud.
